French & Gastronomy
Lyon is also called the capital of gastronomy, so where better to learn more about French cuisine during your language course? In the French & Gastronomy Course you will learn French in 3 group lessons each morning in groups of up to 12 participants.
In the afternoon you’ll learn more about regional specialties, fine wines and the world famous chefs of Lyon. Naturally, here it’s not all about theory! Market visits or tastings allow you to discover and witness the French culinary richness. Of course you will have the time to swing the wooden spoon in group courses where you will cook up French culinary creations. One of the highlights of this course is lunching together in one of the typical and traditional restaurants of Lyon, where you can feast till your heart’s content. The French & Gastronomy Course is aimed at participants who already have basic French skills or are more advanced. The course can be 1 to 3 weeks. It starts nearly every month on fixed dates.
