The most common French language exams are called Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française (DELF) and Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (DALF). These are accredited language certificates that can be acquired in 900 exam centres around the world.
Our language school in Lyon provides optimal, individual preparation for the different exam levels with its language courses. DELF courses are offered for French CEFR levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. DALF preparation courses, however, are geared towards participants with French knowledge of C1 or C2 levels. Exam preparation courses consist of 15 lessons per week in a group of no more than 12 participants as well as five lessons of private tuition. Participants study the basic elements of the language during group classes, during private tuition, this knowledge can be consolidated and particular exam topics can be covered in greater detail. Exam preparation courses take between one and five weeks. Courses start every Monday.
