Our general language courses have specific aims ranging from allowing you to acquire a basic knowledge of everyday Italian for communication, to enable you to deal with more complex topics, depending on the language level.
According to your individual language level, you can acquire the basics of the language or improve your existing knowledge of the language. The focus is on the four basic skills: listening and reading comprehension, writing and, particularly, oral communication. Due to the small number of participants in the courses, the Italian teacher is able to focus on the particular interests of the group.
The classic general Italian course is the Standard course with 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day. So you can use the rest of the day to explore Salerno and its beautiful surroundings, and put your new language skills into good use. This is an ideal combination of an Italian course and independence in your free time to take advantage of the local culture.
If you would like to immerse yourself deeper into the Italian language, we recommend the Italian Intensive course. This course consists of 6 lessons per day during which you can acquire further useful knowledge of Italian and also still have plenty of time to experience the Southern Italian charm of Salerno and to converse with the locals in Italian - a great experience after the daily lessons.
